MOONACHIE CUB SCOUTS PACK 2 ... The boys have been enjoying the beginning of their scouting year as they held their Halloween Party and Holiday Party at the Civic Center. Our new Chartered Organization the MOONACHIE FIRST AID AND RESCUE SQUAD have been wonderful with the boys, they have been such an asset to our scouting organization this year while they take part in all the boys activities, both groups have been planning and working together to have a successful year.

| Cub Scouts Pack 2 earn there BSA Emergency Preparedness Award... Moonachie First Aid and Rescue Squad demonstrate for all Tiger, Wolves and Bear levels of Pack 2 the requirements needed for the scouts to have earned this award which consists of a certificate and Pin from Boy Scouts of America Council offices.
Coming this spring...all Bears will be able to sign up for the HEARTSAVER class, which teaches the boys basic CPR and earn their certificate.

Moonachie Cub Scouts are looking for NEW LEADERS for our the 2008-2009 year, especially for the Daisy and Brownie Level (Girl Scouts) also of our Tiger Cub Scouts which will take a whole new den and will except all new registered scouts and of the ages starting at 5 years old. Please continue to make scouting available to all the children in or community by volunteering a little time for a great organization.
