Property Tax Bills Mailing

The 3^rd and 4^th quarter tax bills will be mailed on October 8, 2021 and will be received shortly thereafter. 

3^rd quarter tax bill is due on or before November 1^st, 2021. 

4^th quarter tax bill is due on or before December 1^st, 2021. 

To avoid the interest penalty, please pay by the due dates of November 1^st, 2021   for 3^rd quarter tax billing and December 1^st, 2021 for 4^th quarter tax billing.

If not paid by the due dates, interest will be calculated to the payment date from the legal due dates of August 1^st and November 1^st.   

Prior to receiving the 3^rd and 4^th quarter tax bills in the mail, they can also be viewed online and there is the option to make the payment online at https://www.moonachie.us/ 

Payments can also be mailed or dropped off at Borough Hall. 

Please be sure to include the Block and Lot of your property on the memo line of the check or money order.  The Borough does not accept cash.
