2022 Health Consultation Program

In partnership with the Bergen County Department of Health Services, the Health Consultation Program will continue for 2022.
The Health Consultation Program provides a consultation with a public health nurse for an evaluation and any necessary follow ups or referrals.
The Health Consultation is held every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 12 noon - 1pm at the Civic Center. See flyer for dates.
