Rebuild by Design Liberty Street Pump Station Project

To Residents:

Rebuild by Design Meadowlands is starting on the construction of a new pump station at 15 Liberty Street as part of their overall improvements to alleviate flooding in Moonachie and surrounding towns.

The Borough has been working closely with Rebuild by Design Meadowlands throughout their process in the past few years in order to assist with providing information on the best ways to mitigate flooding in Moonachie.

With construction starting in Little Ferry on Liberty Street, there will be traffic delays that will affect Moonachie. The project is expected to begin in November on Birch Street in Little Ferry.
