PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a meeting with Ombudsman. Joseph Licata, on Tuesday, October 17^th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Moonachie Borough Hall, 70 Moonachie Road, Moonachie, New Jersey to consider the applications of Vanguard Associates Rent Adjustment. The public hearings will be held and actions may be taken.
