PLEASE READ: If you intend to plea NOT GUILTY, you must notify the Court Administrator at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled court date indicated on the summons. On the top right hand corner of your summons you will see the name of the Municipal Court you are to notify, Moonachie or Teterboro. If you fail to notify the Court Administrator, it may be necessary for you to make two (2) court appearances. Some violations require a mandatory Court appearance, this will be indicated on the summons next to the Court date. Please call the Court if you have questions regarding your summons or court procedures.
